Today was another group trip to Maramore Falls and Spoleto. Maramore Falls is the largest man-made waterfall in all of Europe. It was created by the ancient Romans! There is not much I can say about Maramore Falls except "WOW!" It was definitely the most beautiful place I have ever been to. Totally exceeded my expectations.
After the falls we headed to the town of Spoleto. This was the more educational part of the field trip. Although it was all interesting and informative, my favorite part is when we had a 2 hour break to explore. We ended up finding a hiking trail and went on a little hike. We ended up finding a medieval bridge and aquifer going from the castle across the valley to another mountain! It was absolutely breathtaking. We walked across it to the other side and the view was incredible!

We returned to the group after that, but I couldn't focus on anything else. We saw another Duomo which was interesting enough, but our little hike was the best part!

After walked around the town and checking out the Duomo we headed back to Viterbo. It was another long day, but the waterfall and the bridge definitely made it worth it! :) Can't wait to see what's next!
